At Hollywood Gym & Fitness, we realize that every company has different needs and budgets. We offer a variety of different payment plans and billing options. All of these may be added to your company's existing benefit packages.
Corporate Group Rate
A group of employees may join together at a reduced rate. Employees pay all their own membership fees. Rates are based on the number of employees.
Company Purchase Plan
Company out right purchases memberships with no out of pocket costs to their employees.
Payroll Deduct
(1) Company pays the enrollment fee and is reimbursed for the monthly fees through payroll deduction.
(2) Company is reimbursed for the enrollment fee & monthly dues through payroll deduction.
Payroll deducts are both economical and easy to manage. Adding or removing employees is handled by fax or e-mail. Your employees will prefer payroll deductions rather than drafts from a checking account.
Corporate Card Plan
A company may purchase unassigned long or short term memberships. Rates are based on the number of employees. Card use is monitored. This package option is ideal for studios,talent agents,management firms or company in which a corporate wellness program is offered to various short term clients.
